On the day of insulation I was able to secure a weekend slot as I work in the week. The engineers were professional and showed me how to operate my new Plumbing. I cannot fault the whole process and I really appreciate everything they did for me.

It was a night before Thanksgiving, just 30 minutes after I called for the service, Mr. Alen came and did the job fast and clean, also gave me some professional advice. I am 100% satisfied for his service and I am 100% recommending him.

I had standing water in my tub and Sal was able to snake it and remove all of the backed up hair from my drain. I am very appreciative of Sal’s expertise in assessing the problem and the possibilities of the cause of the stoppage. I appreciate that he was able to give me a quote upfront of the cost of the repair. I am also appreciative that he gave me suggestions in order for it not to happen again. I would use them again.

My shower was not getting hot water and Neo Plumbing helped repair the shower and install new temperature-controlled handle. They came and fixed it the same day since it was an emergency for me. The plumber was very professional and polite.

They refuse to give you any idea over the phone of their repair costs or ballpark estimates for standard repairs even in buildings that they are contracted with. So you have to schedule an appointment to know what their hourly rates are. That means that for someone with a full time job you’ll probably need to schedule twice with them even for a simple repair. If you’re retired or work from home I guess that’s fine. But in the modern world, that greedy policy no longer makes any sense.

I've left multiple voice messages with this company after they overcharged me for a basic plumbing issue. Their original work was poorly done, caused a leak and a potentially dangerous electrical issue that we had to call another company to handle. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company as I still haven't heard back from them.

They only seem to have an answering service but it's been impossible to talk to an actual person to deal with any customer service or billing issues.

If you have a bad drainage pipe in an inaccessible area, call these guys immediately!! They fixed a serious plumbing problem in 1 day and saved me a minimum of $7,000 while doing it.

He was able to come over right away, assess the problem and had everything fixed lickety-split. He was kind, professional and did great work.

As an added bonus, he (very considerately!) wore shoe covers into my apartment so he wouldn’t traipse dirt in; I asked him where he got them and when he went out to his truck to grab some tools, he brought me back a stack!

Had the most pleasant experience with this company when my building management was being absolutely horrid. Actually the best, moved stuff around for us and accommodated with the multitudes of red tape my building has. Wayne was the best he arrived ten minutes early and stayed in the lobby for a whole hour because of paperwork issues and was just so nice and patient. And he got everything done efficiently and well timed. Could not recommend a better service.
