From 8pm to midnight this company fixed a leaky pipe. Wow was a lot of work. They got it done right. Had all the tools and parts available. Best thing is there price was more than reasonable. Book them!

Quick response and excellent job from Roto-Rooter. Tech Akini was efficient and professional. A really nice guy who did the job and advised on how to avoid future clogs. When I phoned my regular plumber about our kitchen sink back-up, he advised we call Roto-Rooter. So glad he did. Highly recommend.

Roto Rooter was extremely responsive. I called in the middle of the night and a technician was here in the morning. The technician, Christian, immediately saw what the problem was and fixed it, communicating to both me and the tenant the full details. And he was able to answer a completely different plumbing question, which really was a one off, but he knew exactly what I was talking about and confirmed specs I didn’t even give him. I certainly would use him again whenever I contact Roto Rooter!

Lines were discovered, drains were cleaned, and problematic drains were scoped.

I don’t write reviews but this was one of the most horrible and unacceptable experience that I have ever had that I had to make an exception to warn you all to stay away from them. I would give a -1 star if I could. The owner was particularly dishonest and disrespectful. They should go out of business.

My father has been using this company for many many years. So I had a hot water heater in my home break and it caused a huge leak in my boiler room. My father told me to call these guys. I called them and they were the best. They showed up on time and were neat and very professional. One of the owners named Paul even called me the next day to see if everything was working properly. Paul you have a customer for life.

Neo plumbing Nyc performed bathrooms and kitchen fixture renovations as per the architect design on my apartment. I am very happy the way it turned out, looks straight out of a magazine.Liked their prompt and honest approach.

Patrick knew exactly the source of the leak and fixed it promptly. He cleaned up as if he was never there. He displayed fantastic business integrity and I appreciate that he is customer oriented and a man of his word.

The crew was great, they came, reviewed the issue and gave us a solid estimate of repairs needed. They gave us a date time they would come do the job and were here exactly when they said they would be. The technology itself used to re-line our sewage pipe is amazing. We had old orangeburg septic pipe, we would have spent $15000 to dig up the yard in a traditional replacement, with Trenchless, there was only one small 2 foot hole in the ground that they did all their work from. Also we didn’t have to leave the house while it was being done and we only couldn’t flush the toilet for about 2 hours. Definitely would recommend!

I've used this company twice now, and I have to say that they are the best! They are fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. The technician who came out was knowledgeable and professional. He knew what he was doing and was able to answer all of my questions without making me feel dumb for asking them. I will most definitely be using them again in the future!

Is this still a functioning company? I'm confused. 2 days in a row, I call them, get a timeslot. Two days in a row, 2 hours late, no courtesy call. I call them back. 'We will be right there'. An hour later I call back, annoyed. Again no courtesy call stating they will be late. 'We will be right there'. Another hour passes. No show.

On the first day, they finally showed up, 6 hours late, not one courtesy call. The dude forgot his tools, oops. Seriously? We schedule an appointment for tomorrow between 9am-12pm.

Tomorrow rolls around. 1pm and no show, no courtesy call. 'Is it ok if we come at 4pm?' Me, annoyed as hell. 'Sure'. 4pm, no show and no call. 'We will be right there.' They LITERALLY, NEVER SHOWED UP AND NEVER CALLED, ONE TIME. COMPLETE NO SHOW. Never seen it in my life. Not even a call to state that they will no show. We literally sat around all day waiting, they completely wasted our time.

Why is there not an option for 0 stars? This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and that is saying A LOT.
