Tech attempted multiple times with. Diverse auger sizes while displaying the scope view in real time. They had to return with a more powerful instrument to complete the task, but we arrived on time and completed it efficiently. The initial price was dropped in half, and as discussed, the larger tool was more expensive, but there were no additional expenses. On the basis of this one instance, I would strongly suggest them if you want solution for clog. Excellent initial impression!!!

Horrible. Do not use. First, called a couple hours before appointment to say they were not going to make it. Then after I complained he finally showed up but it was not a plumber that could actually do any work. Just a supervisor that gave me the runaround on confusing/suspicious pricing. My drain was WORSE after he left and not fixed.

The cold water knob in our shower wasn’t fully turning off and we initially consulted with a plumber who said the valve was broken, but he would be unable to repair it that day.We then called Vigilante and scheduled a date and timeframe, which was from 10:00AM-2:00PM. Mike F and Meliton arrived promptly at 10:00AM and were quickly able to diagnose the problem. They clearly explained our options (repairing what we had or replacing the shower body), gave us a cost comparison breakdown of both options, and an estimate of how long the repair would take.We decided to replace the shower body as it would be a better option long term and the job was completed in exactly the time frame given, which was 3 hours. Mike and Meliton were courteous, kind, professional and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable having them in our home and confident that the job would be done well.Once they were finished, they thoroughly cleaned up the workspace, explained our next steps, and provided a reference and contact information for someone to repair the tiles. Mike also provided us with a scope of work and photos of the job to present to our building’s co-op board.Though this repair was more costly than we initially expected, we felt assured that the issue was resolved.
