GLORY BE THE TOILETS FIXED!!! let me tell you something - there is nothing worse than a broken toilet and a bit of back flow. Also, there is nothing better than HUB plumbing at my door within an hour to save the day. they were so conscientious in my typical small nyc apartment with two little dogs. i felt so comfortable with the team there that i left them and went to the grocery store for a minute. I've never had a personal plumber before - these are my guys.

I have been reaching out to them for months with no response. I call again MONTHS later and the guy says that they cannot do the job and did not inform me because he was out of town. FOR 3 MONTHS?!? Extremely unprofessional.

Repair man was professional, curtious, nice and informative. A pleasure y to I do business with.

Paid $900 to have my sink pipe leak fixed. Nice guy, but felt this was overpriced for about 90 minutes of work. He wasn’t able to fix my other issues, but still charged me for trying. I’ll try another plumber next time I need work done.

The plumbers arrived on time, were cordial, diligent, and knowledgeable. They have now performed two significant plumbing jobs and one smaller one while they were here, and each time they did a fantastic job.

Top notch. Jason and James actually showed up a little early for the appointment, which was fine. I explained to them the problems, and they got right to work. Vuksani Plumbing and Heating get the job done! I had a catastrophe in my basement with leaking pipes during the last big snow storm of the winter. I called several companies, but no one could come! However, when I called Vuksani Plumbing, Edison asked me to immediately send a video of the problem, so he could start to figure it out right away. He helped me stop it getting worse via the phone! I knew the plumbing in my basement was substandard and continuously problematic, and Edison figured out how to fix the immediate problem (caused by a blockage, bad pipe joins, and corrosion). He then offered to get the piping up to code for a reasonable price to avoid further problems. Amazingly he summoned a six man crew and did it all within the same day! I can't even tell you how great the pipes both look and function now. Edison sent guys back the next day to take away the old pipes etc. I was really impressed by both the professionalism and the kindness of Vuksani Plumbing. They were masked the entire time, and they clearly know how to deal with people going through a crisis!
My house is a hundred year old brownstone, so something inevitably leaks, and I'm really glad to know I can call Vuksani Plumbing from now on.

Had the most pleasant experience with this company when my building management was being absolutely horrid. Actually the best, moved stuff around for us and accommodated with the multitudes of red tape my building has. Wayne was the best he arrived ten minutes early and stayed in the lobby for a whole hour because of paperwork issues and was just so nice and patient. And he got everything done efficiently and well timed. Could not recommend a better service.
