Jason fixed the heater on my moms condo in Kips Bay. He was in and out quickly, clean, and efficiently. A bit more expensive than the others but the service was great and wouldn't mind paying a little bit more for the quality work. Would definitely call again.

I'd highly recommend Rite Plumbing & Heating. I looked at multiple plumbing companies through manhattan who were able to apply for building permits and found Rite Plumbing to offer the most competitive price and fair. I needed to install a utility sink in my unit and it required going through a condo board that wasn't very helpful. We recommended Jake Manhattan Plumber New York Co to us for tub drain repair. The shower wall had to be taken down because this turned out to be a significant repair. Jason and Rich did a fantastic job identifying the issue and installing the new pipes, drain, and other necessary components to fix it. We hired Jason to fix our bathroom vanity, toilet and kitchen drain leak because we were delighted with his plumbing competence and knowledge.

I used Fred Smith Plumbing and Heating at the recommendation of the super of my building and I'm so glad I did. They removed an old bathroom vanity and installed a new one (and new fixtures). They refuse to give you any idea over the phone of their repair costs or ballpark estimates for standard repairs even in buildings that they are contracted with. So you have to schedule an appointment to know what their hourly rates are. That means that for someone with a full time job you’ll probably need to schedule twice with them even for a simple repair. If you’re retired or work from home I guess that’s fine. But in the modern world, that greedy policy no longer makes any sense.

It’s Saturday morning our boiler was leaking and we could not wait for Monday to get it fixed. Tommy N came on to our house with in a few hours and fixed our boiler. Luckily he was able to fix it before it turned into a bigger problem. Tommy N was professional, efficient and delivered high quality service. The price was fair and we now have peace of mind.
