They are very polite and professional. The electrician completed the work quickly and put in the extra effort to keep everything neat and clean. He advised on updating to GFI's where needed. Previously had them from H&A out and was equally satisfied with his service. I highly recommend this company!

My main electrical wiring was damage all the way to my main breaker. From the moment I called the company , I knew I was in good hands. They handled everything professionally and quickly. If I had any questions, they were only a text away. Though I’d hope to not have any more electrical issues, I look forward to using NYC electricians for upgrades in the near future.

Ilya was awesome. He replaced my electrical panel, grounded the wires, replaced a whole bunch of outlets, installed recessed lighting as well as an outlet and a switch. He was professional, his guys worked very hard (even ran to home depot to get parts/do an exchange when I bought the wrong light), and he was responsive to any issues that arose and made sure we passed the inspection (and took care of the logistics). He also got someone out immediately when we discovered an emergency situation. His estimates were right on target and there were no surprise charges. He kept me updated through the process. I would use him again in a heartbeat!

Our home is around 60 years old. Unnecessary to say there have been various changes that have been done to the electrical system over this time. Ceriello Electric quickly and expertly resolved a partial outage for my small coop that ConEd refused to deal with. And even on Friday the 5th of July, they picked up the phone right away, were knowledgable about my problem, showed up fast, demonstrated ingenuity and professionalism, and pretty much saved the day. Their technician even had a field manager come by to verify an unusual power reading for no extra charge, and then the office got ConEd to pick up the ball tout suite. Very pleased with the whole team and will use them again for sure, for non-emergent electric work too.
