I have used Plumbing NYC twice in the last year and have been satisfied with their work. The first time we asked them to quote a couple of small projects including a leak from the main water line, a clogged sink, and replacing a leaking outdoor spigot. The estimator provided us with reasonable solutions and pricing to fix everything!

The best service ever!! I needed to find a plumber because our toilet and tub were clogged. Because of the weather, another company was trying to get me scheduled four days in advance. When I called this company at 7 o'clock in the evening, I was told that someone could be at my house as early as 9 o'clock the following morning. The serviceman who came out, Jose, did a fantastic job. I'm relieved it was fixed. If I ever have another plumbing problem, I will not hesitate to call again. Everyone I dealt with, from the scheduling agent on the phone to the technician who came to our home, exceeded my expectations.

I quickly found the company and we called right away. The gentleman we spoke to over the phone was helpful and we were able to text him photos to get a quick quote. We were given the option of a quick fix to last us maybe a year before replacement. We opted to replace. Because we called quite late in the evening, we were told someone would be available the next day. So here we are, less than 24hrs after our call to the company and we have a brand-new WH. The guys showed us how much calcium had built up and did a thorough job cleaning up after the mess. Two thumbs up for their speedy service.

The technician Ahmed was very professional and thorough. He explained the steps he took to solve the problem. I would definitely recommend him and will utilize his service in the near future.

This firm was recommended by our building manager and after several attempts to stop by and see what the scope of work they finally came on October 6th and walked the job with the building manager. We set up to do the work Thursday October 15th. They were supposed to send an estimate and proceed with the work as the building scheduled a water shutdown. I call Monday, for the estimate and to confirm the job on Thursday. I was told that the estimate was not ready but the job was still scheduled. Called Tuesday you will have the estimate tomorrow and nothing. I call back Wednesday after not receiving the estimate and was told that they decided not to do the work after wasting two weeks of NYC construction time which is an eternity I not have to start from the beginning. The lack of professionalism and the lack of follow-up is beyond comprehension.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE AS THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE.

I got home last night at 3 am drunk my toilet had flooded my basement, this guy arrives within 90 minutes and has the entire mess cleaned by the time 6 am hits. I am so thankful the best part is it costed less than what I expected I mean you get what u pay for but in this case I promise u 5 star service even at 4 am. please trust me and call these guys bc 24 hour plumber nyc is where I go for all things plumbing and I got plumbers in the extended family.
