I contacted because my water heater had stopped heating and I needed plumbing repair. Plumber came over and looked at it, adjusting one component. When he came the next day with the new part, he replaced it. My water heater was back up and running in a matter of hours.

Rafael cleared sewer and storm drains and changed out corroded pipes for my heating system. He also went as far to recommend a mechanism to prevent a backflow of water into the basement. He is the plumber I want on my next project.

I called Michael Donahue Plumbing after my sink had a back up that would not drain. I left a message on their voicemail and received a response within 15 minutes. We set up a time for the plumber to come out, and they were on time to review the situation. Mr. Donahue himself came, looked over the sink, the pipes, and gave me a fair estimate for the repair. He had another job to finish, so came in the afternoon at an agreed upon time to complete the work. Unfortunately the sink itself caved during this time, but Mr. Donahue was able to fix it, along with the pipes and drain. He was incredibly professional, taking me through his process, why the back up happened, and how to avoid this in the future. The work was high quality, and was finished very quickly. He took a bad situation and turned it right around! I will not hesitate to call him for any future plumbing needs and give him my highest recommendation.

He went straight to work, was transparent about costs and what he was doing, offered advice on what to do in the future, and left the room as clean (if not cleaner) than he found it.
