There whole staff was so nice to me and the plumber did his job like a pro. I am a very happy customer and I sugesst using this company.

This company is very ethical and works very hard for their customers. On top of that, they do a great job. Can't thank them enough for all they did for me! This is my official go-to plumber for the next time need for sure.

This was a 15-20 minute easy job (apparently), and the leak is fixed. Tony was great, friendly, and had good humor.

We have used Roto Rooter several times in the past but we will not be calling them again. The last guy who showed up 4 days after thescheduled appointment. He tried to rip us off for over 480.00 to do a simple 10 minute job. We finally settled on a much lower price . He did the job but my bathroom floor and my bathtub had soot all over it and thewallpaper behind my sink was covered with specks of black soot. All in all it was a terrible experience and way over priced

My tankless water heater got damaged and the crew was responsive and they fixed the problem. They were dedicated and corrected the problem and made sure everything was good to go.

BEWARE; While the work was fine, they charged an exorbitant fee, $589. to change out flapper mechanism and connecting cord in my toilet. It was $100 just to arrange an appointment that had to paid in advance.
The plumber took less than an hour, when I called to ask how much they charge by hour they said it’s not by hour but by job.

On time, effective and efficient

Our plumber, Ray , showed up within the allotted time frame. He cleared my drain promptly and gave me excellent advice on how to fix the problem.

I quickly found the company and we called right away. The gentleman we spoke to over the phone was helpful and we were able to text him photos to get a quick quote. We were given the option of a quick fix to last us maybe a year before replacement. We opted to replace. Because we called quite late in the evening, we were told someone would be available the next day. So here we are, less than 24hrs after our call to the company and we have a brand-new WH. The guys showed us how much calcium had built up and did a thorough job cleaning up after the mess. Two thumbs up for their speedy service.

The service was outstanding. It was a pleasant experience. Ahmed was efficient, courteous, and professional. He arrived sooner than I expected on a Sunday. The guy deserves a raise.

My father has been using this company for many many years. So I had a hot water heater in my home break and it caused a huge leak in my boiler room. My father told me to call these guys. I called them and they were the best. They showed up on time and were neat and very professional. One of the owners named Paul even called me the next day to see if everything was working properly. He went straight to work, was transparent about costs and what he was doing, offered advice on what to do in the future, and left the room as clean (if not cleaner) than he found it. The drain is back to flowing perfectly. From the time I called to when the service was complete, it was less than 2 hours on a Saturday evening. Excellent service.
