There whole staff was so nice to me and the plumber did his job like a pro. I am a very happy customer and I sugesst using this company.

They came round and informed me of a variety of options for a new Plumbing which would also be good enough to hear my new extension. They were honest and competitive. On the day of insulation I was able to secure a weekend slot as I work in the week. The engineers were professional and showed me how to operate my new Plumbing. I cannot fault the whole process and I really appreciate everything they did for me.

We had an emergency leak in our bathroom leaking into our boiler room. I called Rite Plumbing and Heating and they sent a plumber to my house within 30 minutes. Ari, the plumber arrived on time, and carefully checked our bathroom and soon found what the leak was. The next day, Ari arrived on time again with the right equipment and fixed the leak! Ari also cleaned up the mess after.
We were happy to have such a punctual and professional plumber! We will definitely call Rite Plumbing & Heating again if we have any more plumbing problems!

I called 3 other plumbers before them and they were fast, responsive and so polite. My guy Sal was fantastic, explained things to me thoroughly, gave me some helpful tips, and was quick with the repair I needed.

Wow, what a fantastic adventure! They reacted rapidly and effectively. Even though I called them after 3:30 in the afternoon, they still came out the same day to fix the leak in my backyard (even though they were contacted after 3.30 pm). They found the problem, and the next morning (early), they fixed it, along with other minor difficulties I'd been having in my residences, such as a loose kitchen sink faucet, poor shower pressure, and a broken toilet valve. The quality and efficiency with which they completed the project impressed me greatly. A buyer need go no further than the supplied 2-year warranty for assurance of quality. Strongly suggested!!!!! A+++

I quickly found the company and we called right away. The gentleman we spoke to over the phone was helpful and we were able to text him photos to get a quick quote. We were given the option of a quick fix to last us maybe a year before replacement. We opted to replace. Because we called quite late in the evening, we were told someone would be available the next day. So here we are, less than 24hrs after our call to the company and we have a brand-new WH. The guys showed us how much calcium had built up and did a thorough job cleaning up after the mess. Two thumbs up for their speedy service.

This company bills more hours than they actually work. I was billed for 5 hours of work when less than 1 hour was performed. They claimed travel time and waiting for the steam system to cool down. Their office is within 2 blocks of my building and they arrived at 9am, so unless they arrived at the building at 5 am, they didn't wait for anything to cool down.

We’re so glad we found Pemati Plumbing Services. There was a lot to figure out and Jack clearly explained all of our options and gave us some great ideas for how best to set everything up. I’m no plumber, but after talking to Jack I came away with a much better understanding of how the pipes in our house function. Jack installed the new pipes and hooked up the washer dryer so that by the time he left, we were running our very first load of laundry. His work was excellent, his prices were more than fair, and he really knows his stuff. We’re definitely going to be using Jack for any and all plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Smelling gas presented in my basement. This company plumber came & told me gas was leaking from the gas meter box where it was connected to the furnace gas pipe. The plumber cut the pipe with the saw that vibrated vigorously, plugged the connected hole on the meter and did not reconnect the furnace pipe to the meter. I paid $300.00 for that sloppy job. The plumber told me he will follow up on that pipe, but he never came.
Next day, i smelled some vague gas. I ignored it because there maybe some leftover gas. But the gas smell got stronger and stronger, i had to open all windows even the weather was around 29 to 39 degree.
After a week i called them back to complain. The plumbers came. They told me there was a leak on the gas meter where the meter corner almost touched the cement wall step ( I guess that happened because of the vigorously vibration when they cut the pipe, it make the meter got bump the the wall step.) The plumbers left without shutting off my gas . It was careless and unprofessional !. The pipe to my furnace is still hanging loosely on the basement ceiling. Now they mail a charge of $138.00 for this service !!!!
I don't know what service is this???
Do you think they should give back my $300.00 instead of billing me $138.00 ?

I needed to replace the boiler in my building and I called Neo plumbing for an estimate. The plumber arrived and gave an estimate and scheduled for the job. Very happy with them and they provided a good plumbing service

We were in a very difficult situation: it was winter, and a heating pipe had broken in an unidentifiable place behind a wall, or underground, in our basement apartment. The heat had to be turned off for our whole 4-unit building. Two other very reputable companies both told us we had to rip out our entire kitchen(!) to find the break and fix it. We were facing a huge expense and a complete disruption in our lives. Michael Donahue came over and immediately identified an entirely different way of solving the problem. He explained it very patiently to everyone in our building, came the next day, completed the job in a single day, restoring heat to our building with no demolition at all! He is truly in a league of his own. He charges fairly: you will pay top dollar, but it is worth every penny. In our case, he literally saved us at least $25K in collateral expenses.

Keli was professional and informative. He went straight to work, was transparent about costs and what he was doing, offered advice on what to do in the future, and left the room as clean (if not cleaner) than he found it. The drain is back to flowing perfectly. From the time I called to when the service was complete, it was less than 2 hours on a Saturday evening. Excellent service.
