I worked with Strato & Nikolay to get a backwater check valve installed in my parents basement in Marine Park, Brooklyn. I really appreciated how responsive the team was. I was able to coordinate everything from California so that the work was done while my parents were home on vacation and despite the way the job got increasingly complicated, they were able to finish everything and do so on my parents schedule and within the bounds of our initial estimate! Workers showed up on time at the start of everyday, provided detailed accounts of all the work done, and have followed up a week or so after the job was completed to be sure we were satisfied and that everything was working properly! Hopefully, I don't have too many more plumbing needs, but if I do, I will definitely be reaching out to them.

I was assisted by Chris on a whim tonight. As late as it was (7:00 PM) Chris did not hesitate to greet me with a smile and get to work on his analysis of the issue.This was my first time dealing with a plumber and I was nervous at first. After working with Chris I was absolutely appaled at the professionalism displayed but the depth of knowledge and passion he has for his career. I've been struggling with my bathroom sink leaking for the past month and my apartment did a horrible job fixing it, which just made the leak worse. I called up today and requested service, and thankfully Neha was able to find the time slot that works with my crazy schedule. The plumber came today - found out what was causing the leak, fixed it, cleaned up and double-checked to make sure all was good. The entire process took less than an hour. Really recommend!

Raphael and the entire Vigilante team are in the midst of a major re-work of our hurricane-damaged storm/sewer system. The work is challenging but going smoothly.
