Best Cleaning Out in New York NY

These guys were fantastic. I had a radiator leak at my bar uptown, and they came within the hour to fix it. I had called three other plumbers, and they were the only ones that answered the phone. Professional, quick, and neat. Would definitely call them again.

I contacted Rite Plumbing & Heating to do several repairs on a steam radiator. They arrived when they promised, did a thorough/neat/quick repair, and were very careful about cleanup. Can't ask for more than that. Highly recommended.

This is the 2nd time we used Rotorooter. We have an old 2 family home and we had issues in the whole house with water not going down the drain in all the sinks and showers and bathtub. Sal came in and he did some magic and boom everything was working like it should!!! He also explained to us what he had to do and what was wrong. Once again Rotorooter did right by our whole family. Excellent amazing fantastic service. I'm sooooo happy. I had other plumbers come and they couldn't fix my drain. He was here 15--20 mins and got it done. He arrived early and I wasn't home yet and he waited for me with no problem or complaint. Very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend. It all started when the workers showed up to my home. They were pleasant and comforting to my elderly mother. The fear of flooding is scary for the elderly. They performed their work in a timely fashion and cleaned up really well. The area was cleaner than it was before they showed up… Will definitely use them again, and share them with friends!

Called at 3pm and by 4 Ahmed was beginning work on the bathroom sink. He explained to me what the problem was and how to prevent it going forward. Would definitely recommend this service

I used Fred Smith Plumbing and Heating at the recommendation of the super of my building and I'm so glad I did. They removed an old bathroom vanity and installed a new one (and new fixtures). The job went faster than estimated and they did a top notch job. They even tighten a loose shower handle and kitchen faucet while they were there. Did I mention they did all of this during July 4th week?! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for excellent plumbers in NYC.

Great! They arrived within an hour after I called Christmas eve, worked two hours with my septic backed up into the basement and a foot of brown water in my front yard all because of WIPES!

Furnace stopped working on a snowy day, of course, at my rental property and when it comes to emergency service the one thing I know is that Vigilante will always answer the phone but charges the most. I was prepared for this but the technician called me later once he arrived to tell me he found the problem and the total to replace my pilot assembly, spark box and gas valve attachment would be $1500 plus the $200 just to come out for the service. Total was almost $1900 with tax. He fixed it but the next morning tenants told me the house was cold. Heat was on during the night but at some point stopped working. Called the same guy at vigilante to come back that night as heat was not consistent throughout the day. Sometimes was working then would simply shut off for no reason. They came out that night AND the next NIGHT until the tech finally acknowledged he never attached a ground wire to the new spark box he installed and that might be the problem. Bottom line: We spent a lot of money and more valuable than that our TIME for an extra two nights to have missed this little issue. After he attached the ground the furnace has worked since then. I've since found other local plumbers who couldn't believe the amount we paid for this job and will my new go to guys vs Vigilante from now on. Very disappointed for the money we paid and then the extra trips to correct their error.

Michael has fixed several plumbing issues in our apartment now and has done a great job every time. Every jobs has been performed quickly at a fair rate with a clear explanation of what needs to be fixed. As long as we are in Brooklyn, we will call Michael for our plumbing issues!
