Meh. The technician that arrived was very friendly and punctual. I chose not to use Roto Rooter however because the quoted price for doing a hydrojet cleaning of my storm drain was $1695?! This wasn't something I had years of problems that no one could fix. That's way too close to buying all of the equipment necessary to buy my own hydrojet and become competition for RR.I ended up paying a local company $200 to snake the line and it was fixed in ten minutes. I had put in a new lawn and there was some dirt that had runoff after I rototilled the old lawn. I'll clean the line myself with a $40 kit on my pressure washer.

I called 24 hour plumber nyc and I was skeptical who is awake at 4 am to fix a flood but this guy is amazing. He was so polite his prices are reasonable service is terrific and I will never call anyone else ever again. I don't care what hour of the day you earned this review sir! have a great day and thanks.

HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.

We encountered a difficulty on a Sunday night that prevented us from turning on the water in any part of the house. They promised to fix the issue the next morning when we contacted them. The owner himself arrived and fixed our problem in about 40 minutes. really happy.

She is calm and collected and extremely nice with the most soothing voice ever.She is very attenrive to customers needs. Above all, let me mention STEVE who is a plumbing genius with years of valuable experience.He definitely knows his plumbing and his skill is TOP NOTCH!! My shower was not getting hot water and Neo Plumbing helped repair the shower and install new temperature-controlled handle. They came and fixed it the same day since it was an emergency for me. The plumber was very professional and polite.

Unfortunately due to the lack of professionalism and work done I can not recommend this company. The gentleman who claims to be the owner Joey works under another plumbers license number who is named John Bergamino. Joey will never show to the job sight when promised and will take 5 times longer then the estimated time frame on the contract to complete. When questioned Joey will go out of his way to threaten you ( luckily he is 5 foot 6 inches and 265 pounds) so the threats are a waste of time. take the time to ask the right questions and search out other companies to protect yourself.

He contacted me within minutes of my online inquiry and scheduled a free consultation within a few hours. He made the repairs immediately following the consultation for a fair and reasonable fee. Mr. Donahue is a master plumber and I have used his company for almost two decades and will continue to use them exclusively. Excellent service and quality repairs.
