I’m renting and needed the kitchen sink unclogged. Roto-Rooter is an awesome plumbing company. My technican’s was Matt (Tech #1114). He was quick, thorough, and showed great customer service in his attitude. He represented the company well and I would highly recommend them to family and friends (and for future plumbing needs).

It is a 5 apartment house. Aladdin does my boiler inspection every year. Very good service and friendly good people.

Showed up to fix toilet seal, removed it and found old seal disintegrated. Then said I have to leave now, I'll come back tomorrow to finish. The toilet was on a tarp, in the middle of our bathroom! I couldn't make this up. Instead, I said no, you need to finish today. He called, and a replacement plumber, (who was excellent) finished the same day. Quirky? I hope so.

They refuse to give you any idea over the phone of their repair costs or ballpark estimates for standard repairs even in buildings that they are contracted with. So you have to schedule an appointment to know what their hourly rates are. That means that for someone with a full time job you’ll probably need to schedule twice with them even for a simple repair. If you’re retired or work from home I guess that’s fine. But in the modern world, that greedy policy no longer makes any sense.

Choose IMP. IMP Plumbing is about the only honest plumbing company I came across after reaching out to nearly 10 different plumbers. In assessing quality, accountability, pricing, and customer service, IMP can't be beaten.

While I was skeptical of hourly pricing, I had called ahead and sent pictures of the job site beforehand - I needed a P-Trap installed. They agreed it was a small job and it should take an hour max. When things took unexpectedly longer, and when there was a leak after the job was done, they stood by their work and got the job done without any additional cost. All in all I paid just over $300 for labor ($200/hr), parts (~$75), and tax at the time of my job. They also didn't collect any money before the job was DONE. You NEVER see that these days with service providers.

Other companies overcharged or asked for money just to come check the job site out, usually on the order of $100-$300. Just to see the job. Then they give you any arbitrary quote they want, and if you don't like it well money is theirs. It's literally robbery. Others overcharge for parts and labor like crazy. Check my review on Roto-Rooter for example which tried to charge me $900 ($825 for labor and parts + tax). $825 vs. $275. Literally a 3x markup. Robbery.

Also, a lot of companies would charge you for their own issues in managing time, but IMP didn't. These days, there are hardly any companies that are that proud and confident in their workmanship. Moreover, the plumbers there took so much pride in their work, and were so pleasant to work with, that the experience of dealing with the plumbing issues was actually enjoyable.

You can't go wrong with IMP. They are my new go to.

Said 12 to 4 and came exactly at 12. They were very professional and funny! They solved the issue of a clog in or near the pipe stack. I'm keeping this company on my good list. Will definitely call them for future projects.

My water heater was not providing sufficient hot water and I contacted Neo Plumbing to fix my issue. The plumber, Nick came on time and diagnosed the problem, and gave me an estimate. The price was fair and they completed my water heater repair. I am very happy with the service.

Vigilante Plumbing, Heating & AC is my Go To company. I had a complicated issue with my sewer line -- connected to the neighbor sewer line (basically a shared line) and Vigilante was able to determine the configuration of the old sewer line connections. Rafael was knowledgeable, efficient and nice. I am on my way to a separate sewer line (and I'm happy about it). My neighbor is also happy the shared connection issue will get resolved. Their prices are fair. They are trust worthy. Look no further. Vigilante is the plumbing company to use, always.

I trie to use this business. I called 3 times to confirm the appointment. I even agreed to pay there ridiculous fee to send someone to inspect my ac. Day of appointment I get a call saying there was never a appointment today. Poor planning and scheduling. And even poorer customer service

If I could put no stars I would. Do not use this person! He overcharges and then never gives the receipt that is needed for the closing of an apartment sale. He promises and promises and promises and it never happens. The attorneys need proof of work and he won’t provide any kind of receipt. Stay away from this man! He will try to charm and then he lies. His name is Smitty in case you have any questions about whom I’m speaking.

Discourteous employees and outrageous pricing. I would never use them again. Look elsewhere unless you like to pay triple the price. I would give zero stars if I could.
