I have used this company on several occasions over a 12 year period and always found them to be reliable and reasonably priced, but my most recent experience was less than satisfactory.
In August of 2017 they did a major job on a house I had just purchased in Harahan, replacing the hot water heater and the line from the house to the city sewer. Total cost around $4,000. The plumbing work was fine, but the sewer work required them to dig a trench across the front lawn, resulting in an unsightly mound of dirt. They told me they'd let it settle for a few weeks, then would return and level the soil. When they had not returned for 6 weeks I called and they promised to come out and complete the job. I called twice more over the next several months and they never came out. I finally got a shovel and did the job myself.
Too bad to ruin a good relationship this way, but I doubt I'll ever use them again.

So our toilet been stopped up since Thanksgiving Day. My husband and Dad pretty much tried EVERYTHING. On yesterday I gave L&L plumbing a call and the very next morning he traveled out to Hammond,la and got the job done! The toilet was stopped up due to our baby cousin flushing a toy! Excellent service! You won’t be disappointed...
