The job was paid in full, however due to lack of knowledge the
plumbing company didnt backfill the property to prohibit it from
creating sink holes as well as damages to the exterior bricks,
ceiling, walls, molding, and baseboards. Fitz Plumbing also
charged us for work that was not completed. Additionally the
backfill is still sitting in our yard as they never came back as
promised to rectify the situation. A refund of $4,810. is to be
refunded immediately for the poor workmanship done on our
residence. Additionally, I have attached an invoice for a second
plumber that had to come out for a sewage repair due to the lack
of repairs made by Fitz Pluming that also needs to be reimbursed
to me immediately. I have additionally requested a copy of
licenses of the 3 plumbers that you had at our house
unsupervised along with numerous requests for a copy of your
insurance policy. If the refunds in the amount of $4,889, licenses,
and insurance policy is not provided to us by the close of
business on 8/26/2022. I will have no option to pursue this in a
legal matter.

Good quality work. I’ve used this company a couple of times and they’ve done everything professionally from start to finish.

Service as expected. Installation very professional. Price well above estimate provided by technician from previous visit previous technician estimated installation for about $160. I was charged $300 I presented technician with $75 dollar coupon acquired via internet and he was surprised. Perhaps as a contract employee he felt the need to inflate price to cover $75 discount. In any case I will get estimate in writing if I need future service

Called Hebert plumbing for the first time and glad we did! Had an issue with a small leak around water tank in bathroom and needed a new faucet installed in kitchen. The faucet would not fit as designed, but Jason found an alternative way to make it work.
