We were in a pinch when our kitchen sink stopped up on a Saturday evening of a HOLIDAY WEEKEND with several out of town guests staying with us. Mike Saia is my neighbor. My water heater needed re-lighting after Ida because the pilot went out. Worked for awhile but went out again after a week or so. Tried re-lighting, but didn't work. Took cold showers for a week. Saw Mike this a.m. while walking the dog, told him about the water heater & next thing I know he's at the house installing my new water heater. He's nice as can be & very professional as are his employees. I had hot water in a couple hours. Couldn't ask for better service. Call Saia Plumbing for all your needs.

Be prepared to get taken for a ride. 5500 estimate to replace a water heater with an existing water heater. They blamed it on code. Old water heater was in place and working for 16 years on a house that just passed a real estate inspection. Don’t do it.sadly it cost 100 to get an unreasonable unrealistic price.

They came out for a water heater leak one of the contractors told me it needed to be replaced the insurance okayec as well week later came to install new water heater they told me its fine just need pressure valve changed the leak stopped but a week later ig started up again when i called i was told id have to setup a new claim and pay a new service fee and received attitude from receptionist.
