Surgis installed a new system in our home two years ago, and every time something goes wrong with it, customer service is absolutely awful. The first time it took two weeks for someone to come out. When the tech finally arrived, he used foul language and refused to do the job because of how the unit was positioned. It’s now out again in the middle of this heat wave. Although I was told someone could come today, that’s no longer the case because I’m not considered “priority.” Yet I’m still under warranty, so if I go to anyone else I’ll have to pay for the cost of repairs. No, I do not have a maintenance membership, which gets you priority (see above). I cannot wait to be done with this company.

I called frantic because I could not get my toilet to flush properly and it began to overflow. I called Roto-Rooter plumbing and the dispatcher Kristina was extremely friendly and understanding she let me vent about my issue and then immediately explained my options to me. It was already late in the evening but she assured me someone would come out to fix my issue tonight and she definitely kept her end of the bargain. Nick Alphonso (2695) came promptly and explained that he would take a look and give me an estimate free of charge prior to beginning work. He was very informative and walked me through step by step on how I could resolve/prevent my issue in the future. He was friendly and extremely professional. Quick response to repair a broken pipe. On the day after New Year's, they were the only residential plumbing to respond to our emergency call, and they arrived as quickly as they could. They quickly replaced the pipe that was causing the problem. Excellent customer service from them.

They came out for a water heater leak one of the contractors told me it needed to be replaced the insurance okayec as well week later came to install new water heater they told me its fine just need pressure valve changed the leak stopped but a week later ig started up again when i called i was told id have to setup a new claim and pay a new service fee and received attitude from receptionist.
