Plumb & Square recently removed my old tank water heater and installed a tankless heater in my attic. Rigo and his team are responsive, professional, timely, and communicate throughout the process. The area was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. They were very careful not to cause damage going up and down to the unit and in the removal of an old tank in the attic. After the install, he took the time to explain all of the features and showed me exactly what he did and why each step was taken. I have never dealt with a more professional team, and his price was very fair. Rigo takes great pride in his work, and it shows in the end product. I highly recommend that you call him for your plumbing needs.

I gave this company a call to see if they could fix a plumbing issue that I had with a bathroom vanity. Their response was quick and they showed an interest to help me out on a short notice. Roy and Troy came out, went to work, and addressed the problem even when Louisiana's weather wouldn't cooperate. Very reasonable with the price. You can't go wrong with this company. They will treat you right and very courteous with any questions you may have. Definitely give them a 5-star rating!!

I called Harold's plumbing because I had used them before, but this time the work was not quality work. They came out on 11-15-18 to repair a pipe and get the toilet in the bedroom working. I paid them $425.00 for their work. I went to use the restroom a little later and to my surprise the water would not go down. I called them the next day and told the receptionist the problem that I was having with the toilet. She told me that the older plumber was off and that she would send the other plumber out: she never told me that there would be a $50 dollar service fee on top of the money that I had already paid. He came about a little after twelve checked the toilet and then went outside under the house. He came back in the house 20 minutes later and said that I would have to call another plumbing . He said that his line was not long enough to reach where the problem seem to be. Then he tells me that the line work was not guaranteed, so I am out of $475.00 and my bathroom is still not working. I told him that I did not have $475.00 to give away and he told me sorry and left.

I have used Blair plumbing since 1986 - 0ver 30 years and the last few days have been a horror. Last week I called to check a plumbing problem and for days they promised a plumber was coming and he never appeared. The woman who answers the phone told me that my phone line was always busy which is ridiculous since we have the same phone number since 2005. Now I have to find another plumber since these people are incompetent.

I would not recommend them. They were sent by AHS had an issue with a leak and they could not detect it. Paid a fee and problem was not identified.

They came out for a water heater leak one of the contractors told me it needed to be replaced the insurance okayec as well week later came to install new water heater they told me its fine just need pressure valve changed the leak stopped but a week later ig started up again when i called i was told id have to setup a new claim and pay a new service fee and received attitude from receptionist.
