Had Joel and his team do a new tub installation and add a drip pan to my water heater. Joel was very accommodating to our specific needs and completed everything in less than a day. Was very happy with the results and was very reasonably priced as well.

Usually when I send a review, I'm complaining. In this case however i was extremely impressed. Matt and Brad installed outdoor gas lights. They were courteous, efficient, and generally excellent in their work. I would highly Ricihe's. I was expecting the work taking several days. They completed their work in one working day and left the job spotless!

Plumb & Square recently removed my old tank water heater and installed a tankless heater in my attic. Rigo and his team are responsive, professional, timely, and communicate throughout the process. The area was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. They were very careful not to cause damage going up and down to the unit and in the removal of an old tank in the attic. After the install, he took the time to explain all of the features and showed me exactly what he did and why each step was taken. I have never dealt with a more professional team, and his price was very fair. Rigo takes great pride in his work, and it shows in the end product. I have been relying on Lyall Ball for all of our plumbing needs for almost 20 years now. After the recent job that he and his son Lyall Jr. did for me I just wanted to make sure that they know how much I appreciate the professionalism and quality of work they do. They just completed an under slab drain replacement on one of my rental dwellings that was about 100' of tunneling and completed the work in less than a week. Hats off to you guys for going the extra innings and getting us up and running so fast!

Good quality and very nice people will not leave until its right

We had a broken sewer line right at the city connection. It had been a 3 month ordeal trying to get the city to come out and do something about it. We gave up on the city and had 3 different companies come out and video the line. 2 said it was such a gray area of ownership that they wouldn't touch it. The third gave us a bid of $7000 and a list of nightmare situations that would most likely occur in digging a massive hole and removing part of our fence, gate and sidewalk. Then a friend suggested I call Michel's Plumbing. I did with little expectations. Holly was amazing. She quoted us a price less than 1/3 that other amount and said they couldn't get to it until next week. I then sent her photos so she could fully understand the situation. She said no problem, the price isn't changing. The next day she called me at 8am and said I have a cancellation if you want to get this done immediately. I said YES PLEASE! Her crew was at my door in minutes. These two guys dug the hole with precision. The cut out the bad part. My tenants who were told not to use the sewer flushed the toilet and it came right out on the workers who brushed it off as nothing. By 4pm they had the line repaired, the work was beautiful! They then brought in more guys to put all the mud and clay back in place making sure to pack it down. The cleanup job was an added bonus. They even swept the drive and sidewalk.
I have never been so impressed with a plumbing company in my life.

I had two problems - one simple, the second more complicated. He fixed the first in no time, the second we agreed to set up another date because it was more complicated and I didn't want my bathroom to possibly become unusable until parts were available.

Office personnel was very friendly, informative and helpful. The plumbers answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. Having to call a plumber is stressful, but these guys are dependable and honest. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future. l
