Had Joel and his team do a new tub installation and add a drip pan to my water heater. Joel was very accommodating to our specific needs and completed everything in less than a day. Was very happy with the results and was very reasonably priced as well.

Their tech Andrew is the cutest. OMG im fangirling.

Stuart Services installed a new HVAC system for me recently, and I have been very impressed. From the gentleman that provided the quote to the service techs that installed the new system, it was a very positive experience. Installation process was very smooth and completed within the promised times. The installers brought everything they needed to protect my hardwood floors when in my house, and cleaned up everything when they left. Pretty sure they actually left my house cleaner then it was when they got here.

I HAVE A HOME WARRANTY THROUGH AMERICAN HOME SHIELD (AHS). THEY SENT PRIMECAST OUT TO DETERMINE WHY MY TOILET DID NOT HAVE A STACK (WHICH IS REQUIRED BY CODE). AHS THEN SENT ME A PRICE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM, BUT PRIMECAST REFUSES TO RETURN MY CALLS REGARDING WHAT WOULD BE DONE FOR THAT PRICE. NOW I AM OUT $100 SERVICE FEE AND AM NO CLOSER TO FIXING MY PROBLEM. WHEN I REQUESTED A NEW PLUMBER, I WAS TOLD THAT I COULDN'T REQUEST ONE AFTER ONE WEEK. SO LITERALLY $100 DOWN THE TOILET' DUE TO PRIMECAST PLUMBING. IF PRIMECAST HAD RETURNED MY CALLS, I COULD HAVE AT LEAST REQUESTED A NEW PLUMBER.

Mike has done A LOT of work on our home. Living in Uptown in a 100+ year old home comes with it's plumbing challenges, and Mike took them all on with expertise and skill. He had to a do a major job in our driveway within hours of us even moving it, and continues to deliver excellent work in a efficient manner. Highly recommend!

Not honest; there are better companies out there. I wouldn't give this company your time of day. Look elsewhere.
