Best Full Plumbing Services in New Orleans LA
I hired Paul about 12 years ago for small jobs. As time passed I began to hire him for more involved jobs, because of his dependability, trustworthiness, and quality of work. Also another outstanding feature of his work is that Paul seems to take the jobs that I contracted to him, personally. I highly recommend P&A plumbing for the job.

At 3:00pm on Feb.6, while hosting friends on my front porch and my son playing outside, all we could hear were the loud profanities of the 2 workers. They seemed to be mocking my company, but worse, my son had to hear the foul language. I am in contact with the general contractor to put in a formal complaint.

I had Mr. Mike and Mr. Calvin come to replace a hot water heater and fix some things in the bathroom. They did a great job! Not only were they respectful and did exactly what we needed, but they were a pleasure to talk to! I found my A team plumbers and will only be requesting one of them in the future. The only reason I gave 4 starts was the lack of communication on the the administration side. I scheduled my appointment a week before, but the office failed to let the technician know so we had to reschedule and I had to take even more paid time off work. When I called to speak to someone about it my information was taken down and I was told the manager would call, but that never happened. I only continued to do business with this company because of their great technicians!*EDITED*I was later contacted by management who was very friendly and apologetic. The issue was quickly resolved and I will gladly continue my business with Roto Rooter.

Beware if you have an old unit. Only interested in selling you a new one. Was told replacing circuit breaker would solve the problem. Unit stopped working in an hour. The supervisor came and said unit had to be replaced. The next day a different company's service man took the time to find out why the unit was overheating. Unit has been working fine for two weeks. I requested to speak to the owner, but was ignored.

I hired Southern Cross based on the recommendation of an acquaintance. I made the mistake of not checking any other references for Southern Cross or his recommended contractor, Captain Construction, who turned out to be his friend (no business info on the internet). In ONE AFTERNOON I spend over $1000.00. Southern Cross took longer than he promised to install a drain outside for my inside water heater. It cost over $500.00. For close to the same price I could have purchased a tankless water heater had I know it was going to take more than a couple hours (and not have a water heater in my closet --which he did not install).
Michael's contractor showed up at the same time with two workers to patch some laminate flooring. He didn't do any of the worked, but supervised these Hispanic workers. He charged me for prep time, but there was no prep time. Some how they both finished working at the same time (I over heard them making plans to get together later that night for dinner). When I complained to Captain Construction about the cost and that the job didn't require three people (which was never discussed) he called me crazy. His bill was also for over $500.00 for literally removing some laminate flooring from my a closet and patching some small area's in my kitchen! I complained, but still paid him.
When I called and complained later to Michael with Southern Cross (who had been in the next room and could hear everything when it happened) he said to talk to his friend, but I told him I talked to his friend and all he did was run to the bank to cash the check for $500. How much of that money do you think the people who did the work received?
Neither of them would do anything so I told Michael I would write a negative review. Micheal told me it would be unethical to write a unflattering review. It still upset me to this day paying so much money for something a handyman could have done, but I trusted Michael and his recommendation. What's unethical is to gouge someone and then to refuse to do anything when the customer attempts to resolve the issue.
Michael will only work by the hour. BEWARE because he's very accommodating, but if he takes longer than he says, trust me, he will expect you to pay up. Neither of them did anything to resolve the issue and I'm out a grand. Had Micheal (or his friend) done anything to help resolve the issue, I wouldn't have written this review.
