Always a good job. He quoted $3000 for a big job and then only ended up charging $2100 when the work was done. The job did not end up being as complex, so he didn't charge us the full price when most people certainly would have done so.

I was referred to Fitz’s Plumbing Repair service by my brother who informed me they were professional, knowledgeable and I’d be in good hands. Since that referral, I’ve had Fitz’s come out twice to fix issues at my home.

From my first call to the business to discuss my issues and schedule my appointments (special shout out to Misty for her phone etiquette and professionalism) to the diagnosing and solving of my issue, I was impressed and appreciative of the process. I've used Bertucci Brothers for everything from a gas lamp installation to a new toilet installation. They are always on time, always get the job done right and they do good work. Joel and his colleagues understand working with finicky plumbing in old homes. Lovely crew. Highly recommend them!

Best place ever

My water heater in the attic was leaking. I checked Home Depot, selected one and called their number to arrange installation. They put me through to Pete's Plumbing who gave me an estimate on the phone for $675, but said they may have to do some additional work to bring it up to code. When I asked how much that would add to the bill, Pete's Plumbing said they did free estimates. The next day I got the free estimate and the labor was now $1125. $450 over their previous estimate. So, I said no thank you and checked out Lowes. Lowes gave me a phone estimate of $577.99 for labor but also added in $147.96 for a license and material. Then they told me that Pete's Plumbing would do the installation. When I told them about my bad experience with Pete's Plumbing, they said they could get another plumber, but the price they gave me should be adequate. The next morning Pete's Plumbing called me and said the labor would be another $450. Of course, I cancelled them and called Lowes, who then said Pete's Plumbing was the only plumber they used. They now also added that Pete's usually charges $400 - $500 above the original estimate. So, I cancelled Lowes and called Earl's Plumbing. They gave me an estimate over the phone which was a lot less than both of the adjusted prices from Home Depot and Lowes, came out this morning and did the job exactly for their estimated price. The two out of code problems which Pete's found were a bad shutoff valve and a short vent duct out the roof, which could be fixed from the inside. Earl's included replacement of the shutoff valve in their normal installation cost and said the vent didn't have to be extended for this installation, which was at the peak of a 2nd floor attic.

Daniel and Noel did a job at grandparents’ so I’m writing on their behalf. They are over the moon with the job done and singing praises! The work was done as minimally disruptively as possible and went above and beyond.

Frank, Mike and Matt have been wonderful in helping me get plumbing work done on my home. I had smelled a gas leak and had Entergy come out and they ended up taking the gas meter off! I was kind of at the mercy of getting a plumber and contacted Bob's Plumbing based on all the great reviews. They have really gone above and beyond to complete the job in a timely and cost efficient manner. Frank has been keeping me updated and Mike and Matt were considerate, tidy and thorough in their work. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a kind, professional and honest plumbing company. They came out for a water heater leak one of the contractors told me it needed to be replaced the insurance okayec as well week later came to install new water heater they told me its fine just need pressure valve changed the leak stopped but a week later ig started up again when i called i was told id have to setup a new claim and pay a new service fee and received attitude from receptionist.
