To my amazement, he quickly discovered that the grinder pump in my basement had been improperly installed within a sheetrock enclosure, and several vent fittings were not even properly secured. Additionally, he identified a major flaw in the 3-inch main that ran over two rooms, which had a backwards pitch right before connecting to the mainline.

Your Technician took the time to explain the issues to me in detail and presented the only viable solution available. He discussed rerouting the master bath and the hall half bathroom back into the room where the pump is located, and then redirecting the plumbing out of the front of the house. He meticulously located the sewer main and seamlessly tied the new line into it, completely resolving the problem.

Rather than thinking that he had found the issue, he did a secondary and tertiary check which helped to uncover a much bigger issue that could have caused HUGE problems down the road. Luckily due to Reuben’s diligence we were able to find this while it was still under warranty from the builder and have it repaired at no cost to us.
