This company showed up a day after, after we had another company cancel last minute. (We weren’t able to use our water for 3 days, before calling) Michael’s answered promptly, showed up the next morning, and had the whole (large) job done the next day before lunch time. They were extremely friendly, professional, and prompt.they explained everything clearly and problem was fixed perfectly. That means a lot these days!! July 4th weekend and our hot water heater isn’t working at our Airbnb!
