Lee Co does good work, however they didn’t make the 2- hour window appointment (that took 3 weeks to get) and did not communicate that they were running late until after I called when no one showed. This is disrespectful customer service in my opinion. Be on time, and if you can’t, at least call your customer to tell them.

As far as this visit, I’m 100% satisfied and would highly recommend. They will be installing a new unit in a few days and I expect to be as satisfied with that.

The techs that come out are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are there to help and not push you to spend money. The team sent out does great quality work!
