The leak inspector came to my house February 21st. Pretty sure his name is Jesse. I didn't get the answer or report I wanted, but I was satisfied he did his job well and went the extra mile and spent extra time. He was respectful....and nice.

Our heat went out in the middle of the night & we woke up to the house being 55°. Roscoe sent out a tech Monday afternoon who determined the problem fairly quickly, but the part was on back order & was going to take 5-7 days. They were diligent about finding the part so we weren’t in a freezing house with a newborn, & were able to find a part & make the repair Thursday afternoon. Our tech Nathan was professional & friendly, & was even looking for space heaters for us in case the part wasn’t found quickly. He was really great, communicated efficiently, & genuinely wanted to help us any way he could, going above & beyond.
