Company diagnosed and fixed our gas fireplace where we had been quoted high price to have it replaced by someone else. Saved us big bucks and they had to search hard to find the replacement part but we appreciate their hard work for us. Highly recommend Copeland & Son.

Very wet and rainy day. Our technician, Ben, arrived early and he began explaining his process. We then went to check out the plumbing needs and locations of where the service was required. Very funny guy, he established rapport and trust almost immediately. He explained the extra that was needed for our plumbing needs to get the property to code. He laid out all the details for the cost and a timeline. Since it was a wet and rainy day, he laid out rugs and other barrier material to minimize any tracking of mud or debris from his trips outside to inside. He completed all tasks and even the recommended little extras. It was an overall above satisfactory experience. Join the Happy Hiller Club, you will be happy you did!

4/10- Frog installed a new HVAC system for me after multiple failures from a 3 yr old unit that was builder installed. Matthew came out a couple of days after install to check things out as I thought I had an electrical issue related to my unit but all checked out ok (nothing would surprise me with my Beazer built home). Matthew T. is great- always professional and willing to explain things and I like that Frog typically sends the same techs out so it avoids having to re-explain everything and it makes for a better service call. Frog is a great company- all the service people are good!3/24/23- I’ve had repeated issues with a 3yr old system, mostly stemming from a very shoddy installation done by my builder. Matthew came out today and did a thorough assessment of the system and it’s not great news. He did a good job of explaining everything, answered questions, and got to the point. I liked he offered several options for fixing the problem and gave pros/cons. He’s very professional and knowledgeable.🐸Dave was my service provider and was excellent all the way around. From his investigation into the issue to the resolution. He explained everything so I could understand it, did not try and create problems to fix and was pleasant to deal with. I will use Frog for any future electric or HVAC needs.Matthew came out to provide a quote to move my outside HVAC unit/compressor as it was placed in a great place. He came out, reviewed things, pros/cons of approaches and all with no pressure. Will be calling to schedule my work this week. 👍🏻.▪️2 nice men came out and moved my outdoor unit and did a great job. They put gravel down and did a good job of ensuring it was level.

We have an annual HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Maintenance contract with Lee & Co and we recently had our annual inspection of all three and the three technicians did a very professional job. They were friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. We also had a recirculation pump installed by Lee & Co shortly before our inspections and again it was done very well and made a big difference. We've used Lee & Co for many years and we highly recommend them for dependable and quality service. They may not be the least expensive but they are one of the best in our opinion.
