Please have supervisor call me. I missed my flight because this is the 3rd time a scheduled appointment has been missed. I was with the supervisor when we scheduled and he clearly communicated my need for the timeframe to be hit. This was not the tech fault as we reviewed the notes and this was not mentioned. I. We called Hoffmann when our heating unit died on an icy day in Nashville. Within minutes, Hoffman sent Trent and Thomas to our house and fixed the unit the same day. At first they didn't have the blower on their truck to replace our broken one, but Trent went out of the way to locate a part in their warehouse and brought it back across icy roads.Throughout the entire visit the Hoffman team was professional, courteous, and open about what they were doing. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.
