He was at our home in an hour…provided a temporary fix and came back to finish the job while we vacationed with extended out of state family! Updates from Nathan’s sister Erica - so persistent while we dealt with spotty cell service. So grateful for proud family owned businesses.

I cannot say enough about the Donelson Air and the technician, David Scott. He was knowledgeable, fast, and honest. I didn't get gouged and he came and fixed it the same day I called. I highly recommend them.

Pricey to replace 2 LED fixtures was $300 and only took a half hour.. plus the $40 fee to diagnose the week prior. But Butch was professional, on time, and did quality work. Had I been aware of the price I would not have scheduled the repair though.
