Best Water Purification in Minneapolis MN

Very nice. The gentleman that assisted me was very nice, polite and did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable in what I was looking for even though I wasn't. I would recommend shopping here.

We had a clogged floor drain in our basement where water had began pooling around the drain. Nicholas B was very prompt and professional. In addition to clearing all floor drains, I opted to have all pipes jetted and a new toilet installed in our basement bathroom. Nicholas was great to work with!

I love working with Pronto! They are very courteous and incredibly transparent every step of the way. I received text about the time they would be coming out as well as a photo of the technician who would be coming to our house. Brian was quick to diagnose the issue and made every effort to get the problem resolved quickly.UPDATE: Another great experience with Brandon! He quickly identified what was going on and got us up and running again. We also sprung some extra work on him and he was able to get that completed immediately rather than having to schedule another appointment.

Tina was very informative, honest, personable and up front- great to work with and would recommend to friends/family/neighbors! Will definitely request her for our future plumbing needs!

Michael was very informative and very wonderful to work with he knew everything I needed to know about that drain and help me find a couple more people help I could not have asked for a better person to come to the house
