I just bought a house and I wanted to get a furnace tune up. I was informed of the $50 or so travel fee but they didn't mention that the cost of the service would be $375 until the tech got to my house. I later found out that that's over three times the industry average cost, and the tech didn't perform a tune up, but a diagnostic. I refused the recommended repairs, the tech said it would cost over $6k and he suggested I should just buy a new furnace. My 12 year old furnace runs just fine, that's why I wanted just a simple tune up.I tried sending an email back to Dean's to get an explanation for why they're charging so much, in hopes that they'll make things right and give me at least a partial refund to bring the pricing in line with industry standards. It's been over a week and I haven't received a reply. I doubt I'll get a satisfactory explanation or some of my money back, but hopefully others will find this information helpful.

Blaine and his team installed a new boiler. They were courteous and explained everything. Cleaned up completely before leaving. Great job! Most recently Matt did a tuneup on our very old ac unit and was thorough and friendly.

A pipe under the mop sink in the restaurant where I work froze and burst at 5 in the morning. Water gushing everywhere until we could figure out how to shut it off. I think it only took 30 minutes or so for Josiah to plumber to get there, and less than an hour for him to replace a section of pipe. Crisis averted. $369 was reasonable and more than worth it so we could have hot water for the brunch crew who was to arrive at 8.

Reid did a great job replacing a broken shower cartridge. Very happy with the results and how quickly the shower was fixed!
