I had an emergency leak repair needed on a Friday evening. Called TJK and they were at my house in under an hour. Josh, the tech, was quick, professional and did great work. Will definitely use TJK Plumbing again!

Fixed a pin hole leak in our plumbing and replaced copper with up to code tubing. Also hooked up the water line to our fridge for ice/water dispenser and replaced with up to code items. Great communication and friendly/ knowledgable techs. Thanks Josh and DJ

Similar to other reviews (wish I would've seen before calling them) they forced me to sign an agreement for $445 to clear a clog just a few feet beyond the kitchen sink trap. Wait, it gets much worse. They ran the snake through the vent pipe and told me this is a bad clog. I asked how he could tell because the snake was whipping above the roof line. He pulled it back in and jammed it so hard downward that it broke the PVC drain pipe, destroying my bathroom ceiling and insulation with 2 full sinks of water. Two guys stood there while I tore down the drywall to find the break. They said it's not their fault because there was no purple primer showing on the PVC pipe and joint. I told them it's never leaked since 1983 when the home was built and that there's such a thing as clear primer. He denied the existence of clear primer. They left me with a broken pipe and huge mess. Cost to repair was 3 days from my job and over $300 of materials (I did all of the work myself). These guys only care about money. Worst contractor I've hired in 35 years that I've owned properties. The two tenants living in that unit can attest to all of this and were also inconvenienced for 3 straight days. I would give them zero stars if possible.

Dan Blaylock and company are amazing. We initially called Roto Rooter, and they came out, were unable to find the drain out, pulled apart my toilet, did a little work, and charged us ~$400. Then proceeded to come out and 'run a camera', telling us that they HAD to perform $7500 worth of work to rip out the pipes in my yard (tearing up our yard) and put new pipes in. Additionally, the $7500 would not cover the price to repair the yard.

Uncomfortable with that, we got a couple others to come out and give us a second and third opinion. Dan came out, found the drain out within a minute in the house, said that his team was more focused on the pipe work rather than cleaning them out. He quoted about half of what Roto Rooter said, but he also hooked me up with the right people for the job. They came out and did an incredible job.

To have someone that is willing to put in the time with someone, without the sole focus of taking money is A. Amazing, and B. Certainly earned my trust for future work. This is how business should be done, focusing on long term relationships built around trust.

Thank you Dan and Team, you saved us literally thousands of dollars. Our plumbing is running perfect and you will not only have a customer for life, but a lifetime advocate for your company.

Cyrus replaced an old leaking facet in my utility room with a new one. He arrived on time and was as friendly and professional as the last time he worked in my house, when he replaced the hot water heater. He identified several options for fixing the problem. He told me the cost for each and explained the pros and cons of each approach. That allowed me to choose the best option for my budget. I also appreciated how careful Cyrus was working in my house. He's done several jobs for me and the quality of his work is consistently excellent. That's why he's always my first choice when I need a plumber.

Great experience all around. Quick responses to emails and appointment requests, narrow arrival time window, and 20 minute courtesy call/text letting you know they're on their way. Above all, the quality of their plumbing work is top-notch.

Some of the corporate franchise-plumbing services spend the first spend 30 minutes of the visit trying to sell you on their monthly service plan before doing any real work. Not the case with Keith Nelson....they listen while you explain the issue, and then get right to work. Prices were great too. 10/10!

Had a clogged basement drain that hadn't been used in decades. Rod was very friendly, knowledgeable and quite reasonably priced. I was so impressed with his workmanship and ethics that I've hired him to come back for a few other repairs. He was the best!

Had Brendan install a water softener. He was very professional, informative and punctual. He gave a no BS quote and provided a nice clean install. I'll definitely be calling to have him out again when I need a plumber again in the future.
