MSP promptly returned my call when our furnace was not working properly in sub-zero temps, this was during New Year's weekend. They scheduled us with a two hour time frame, called me in advance when the technician was actually ahead of schedule. Nice surprise! Jason B was our technician, he was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He gave us options, we chose to have him clean the flame sensor, which was the least expensive option, this solved our furnace issue for the time being. I appreciated Jason's honesty and would recommend friends and family to MSP Plumbing and Heating. Thank you. (Not all companies will commit to a window of time, they just tell you they'll call you when they can fit you in on a certain day, and they charge more for weekend emergency service.)

I had Cichy's repair and line my sewer pipe from my home to the street. They were clear about what the process would be and how long it would take. They did a great job from start to finish including repairing the front yard where they had to dig a hole.
