Brian#936 was sent to our home in response to an emergency back up in our basement, an hour after being called. We've used Roto-Rooter in the past, but Brian was one of the best technicians we've had! Professional, friendly, thorough, not just in FIXING the problem, but getting to the heart of the problem. AND doing his best to offer the more simple and least expensive options possible. Ultimately we ended up having to pay more than anticipated, but worth the cost to take care of our plumbing issues once and for all and we trusted Brian could get it done. He did it right, spend time educating me on our issues and shared maintenance advice so we don't keep running in to the same problem. We LOVE and value service workers like this who do their job well and take the time to make our homes better. HUGE thanks to Brian and would recommend Roto to everyone!

We just returned from vacation and after our first load of laundry found that our main line wasn't draining properly.
