When our kitchen sink stopped draining, and we couldn't snake it ourselves, Roto came out within a few hours and fixed things for us! Such a relief! The technician was courteous and professional, even giving me tips to avoid future problems. Thanks guys!

Let me start by saying the service was very good and the technician was great. What I am not happy about is that we called to see how much it would cost and they would not tell us coven a range. The technician would let us know when he got on site. So, we waited about 2-3 hours for the technician to arrive. He brought in his equipment and then told us it would cost 430 dollars. Regardless if they were there for 30 min or longer. So, we felt that we were trapped and kinda bait and catch. I know we could have had the sewer cleaning done for less after I got the price on site. This company should be able to tell you rough estimates based on this standard service. If someone were to ask me for a referral on needing this work done I would tell them they do a good job but you could probably get a more economical rate by another company.

We had Roto-Rooter repair a pipe outside that had cracked over the winter. Our tech was everything you'd expect from a professional: punctual, friendly, polite, informative, knowledgeable, competent. When we informed him that we would need to leave for an appointment later in the day, he made a point to complete the repairs with plenty of time to spare. When he had to drive to several places across town to find a needed part, which took him longer than expected, he checked in by phone to keep us aware of his progress and to let us know that we'd still be on time for our appointment. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone needing plumbing services and technician Dave K in particular.

He dealt with the issue professionally and explained to me how to stop sediment from building in the line. I knew what to expect every step of the way, and he was courteous and efficient.
