Had a plumbing emergency the other night. DJ to the rescue! I have used this company several times and have always been pleased with the service. DJ is a pro. Even after 8:00 in the evening, he has a smile on his face and is ready to do whatever is necessary to take care of the situation. He's that guy who renews your faith in service people. Do not hesitate to use this company for all your plumbing needs - they don't disappoint!

Alex was punctual, professional, and quick. All I needed was some seized valves replaced, and he did a great job. I will call him again whenever I need plumbing work done.

I would absolutely recommend Jake The Plumber. We needed a shower control replaced in our master bathroom. There was no access panel to the rear, and they had to cut into sheet rock to get the access. Stu was very careful and took the tile on the other side of the wall off without causing any damage. I was able to re-use these tiles when when we closed the wall back up. Just an example of the careful, excellent work Jake the Plumber does. Our job was finished in 3 hours and works perfectly.

These guys came to my house: on time, completely prepared, practiced safety protocols to the letter, were kind, knowledgeable, took their boots off at the door, worked in tandem very well together, fixed the issues quickly, cleaned up as well as I had it before they came, and made my bathtub look newer than when they came. Earlier this summer I had a plumbing issue that impacted both units of a duplex where there was a leak from one toilet in the upper unit into the bathroom of the lower. Norblom sent one plumber to look at and diagnose the issue with a 4-hour timeslot allotted to the fix. This plumber didn't even remove the 2' x 2' board we had screwed to the ceiling to investigate the issue, which I know because the small beads of caulk were still in tact on the the side of the board. He just said we need to fully remodel the bathroom. I also needed the kitchen faucet fixed, which he didn't do either. I then met with an estimator to review the project and never received the estimate. All of this cost me over $200 for nothing and wasted valuable time (which they overcharged on time and never gave me a return - confirmed by the manager). I understand the conditions of the bathrooms were not 100% perfect, so I decided to call a competent plumber (Rascher Plumbing --> A+++!) and they came out, repaired the floor, fixed the toilet, fixed the kitchen all within a 4-hour timeslot. Do yourself a favor and save some time and money by using a different plumber.

Best service I’ve had for my furnace. Long story short my furnace was acting up at the end of last winter so I wanted to get it looked at before this winter. I called a different company to come and look at it (D**ns…not to name names) and they told me my furnace was not repairable and needed a new one for $5,000. Needing a second opinion, I called Erikson’s and they were able to get me in right away and were on time for my appointment. The service guy (Cole I think his name was) did the tune up and told me all I needed was a good cleaning on the flame sensor and one small part replaced that only costs me a small amount of money. I really appreciate their customer service and the fact that they didn’t feel the need to push a new furnace on me when all I needed was a tune up. Love their honesty and how fast the service was! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone and using them from here on out!

John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. With such a shortage of good plumbers around these days, it’s comforting knowing I can call on John and him and his partner will get the job done. Thank you for a job well done!

John is the absolute best. He helped us with a leak in our well water system on a Saturday after we had multiple people unsure if they could fix it. He went above and beyond at another job getting on the roof to repair pipe venting that was causing a different leak in our basement. He is kind, experienced and unbelievably knowledgeable. We feel so fortunate to have found this Master plumber. He will be my first call from now on. Thank you John!!😊

We had an emergency plumbing situation. Dan, on very short notice, was able to walk me through necessary troubleshooting and we were able to control the leak. Very easy to work with! Would recommend!!

We were super impressed with how efficiently they handled all of our numerous requests. They answer in person when you call and show up at the time they say! They are very pleasant as well.

Northern Plumbing and Softening were outstanding! Mason was our onsite installer, he was on time, very professional and answered all of my questions, offered thoughtful ideas and answered my Wife’s questions too. It’s very obvious to me that Mason is very capable, knowledgeable and was just pleasant to have come to our home to replace our water softener.

Our Sales Rep was Jon Lund and he is very knowledgeable and professional as well, with many years of experience. He was very timely and efficient at getting us scheduled for repair at our cabin up north.

This place also goes by the name Ken's Sewer Services.
Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.
