I had a leaky faucet and TJK Plumbing came out the same day I called and replaced it. David was very thorough and professional. This is the second time I've had them do work at my house and both times it has been a great experience. Highly recommend!

Alex came to replace a leaking bathtub fixture for us. He was on time, very reasonably priced, and did a great job. We will definitely be getting ahold of him in the future to help with plumbing issues in our house.

Made appt for monday between 10am and 11am. No call no show. When I called back they had me in system but no appt. Ugh

We used Erik Nelson plumbing upon the recommendation of a friend, and were super satisfied with the service. Not only did our plumber fix the sink clog, he explained the process, and how to reduce the chance of it happening in the future. ENP will be our go-to plumber!

I was expecting a 15 min job to take 30 min and pay the $97 plus new valve. They came at 8:51 and left at 10:02 and bill me for 1:15 of time. The job did take 15 min and the rest of the time was standing around wait for the city to turn the water back on. No one ever told me they had to wait for the city to turn water back on, Also the city said that if the plumber would have told them it was a 15 min job he would have waited and turn it right back on. I saw the plumber in my front yard talking to the city at witch point he could have told them it would take about 10min. Total bill was $330.93. Over priced parts and they drive their labor up.

John was great. Fixed my hot water pressure issue, gave me multiple options with estimates for each. He walked me through how each differed and what the advantages of each were. Highly recommended.

John is the absolute best. He helped us with a leak in our well water system on a Saturday after we had multiple people unsure if they could fix it. He went above and beyond at another job getting on the roof to repair pipe venting that was causing a different leak in our basement. He is kind, experienced and unbelievably knowledgeable. I've been contacted by this company when I was doing some contacts through Angi's portal. As I was looking for a preventive main sewer inspection I had no rush. However, they insisted in coming over as they had an inspection cheap fee of $49 and after doing the inspection, if there was any issue identified during that inspection, they would provide options to fix whatever is not right.
The 2 technician came over today and went down to the utility room, right after they've offered me a couple of services for over $330 with no inspection. Summarizing, they lied to me when they offered a camera inspection for $49 and then, with no inspection at all they started offering a bunch of expensive services.
I've just called in and the person that answered the phone apologize but now she explained that they charge the $49 for the tech to only come over and offer services, with no inspection...
Never ever will call this company again as I feel I was 100% cheated.

I hired Pablo for basement drain, showed up within 15 minutes and did un extraordinary jobs.
