Thursday evening shower would not turn off so I had to turn off the waer to the house. I texted Karl's plumbing.
By 7 a.m., got a text that he would call me by 8. I got a call and by 10 someone was here fixing it and done by 11:15. He fixed the main issue and an issue where the faucet had not been done tight. He was careful, clean, friendly, and polite. $181 and all is well. was very pleased and will not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to my friends.

What a great company! I messed up the timing of an appointment and they kindly agreed to reschedule. Came to my house and gave me a free assessment of the work that needed to be done. He was honest and professional, and I will definitely be requesting their service again if I need additional work done!

I had a plugged kitchen sink. They arrived on time and even before they did any work they told me the total cost would be $450. They removed the drain trap under the sink and then ran a snake through the pipe. It took a total of 10 minutes to do this. They unclogged the line but I thought $450 for 10 minutes of work was a bit ridiculous. I will never use them again or recommend them because of their inflated price. When I initially called and asked how much it would cost, I was told the trip charge was $59 and then there would be additional cost depending on what work needed to be done. It would have been nice to know upfront that for a simple drain clog the minimum price would be $450. I have never spent this much money before to unclog a drain. With previous people, I was billed after the work is complete because it depended how much time was spent on the project and what was involved.

I am released and happy knowing that our basement it is free from flooding thank to Guy's Sewer / Drain 👍

Pedro arrived on time and was very professional. He took his time to explain the job so I was comfortable with what needed to be done. I thought I could just repair my leaking bathroom faucet but after talking with Pedro I realized that my faucet needed to be updated and it would look so much better. Pedro also fixed my shower that wasn't working for weeks ! Thank you so much Pedro you were Very Professional and Nice and Trustworthy Plumber and I will definitely be calling you again! 😊

I've used Castle Master several times over the last few years and will continue to use them going forward. Brian does quick, high quality work. He's friendly and professional. I feel like I'm getting good value for my money.

Very friendly staff. There was a miscommunication about whether the appointment was for an estimate or to do the work. Was responded to very quickly and good solutions were proposed. I was under a time bind and therefore needed to find someone sooner. But I would consider them again in the future.

I would give -1 star if it was available. Very dishonest and unprofessional. Pipes so called they fixed blowed up and caused my house to be flooded!!! Hired another company to fix the mess they did. They could not believe the cheap work they have done. BE VERY AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Do not let them step into your property without providing their Insurance Information. On top of that while they cause to flood my house, they have guts to turn around and claim my house was flooded already so it s ok not to provide their insurance information. But guess what, I have all their visits n work quality recorded on camera. Preparing the case with my lawyer. I ll see them at court !!!
