Update on April 18, 2023: I had Brent D out for plumbing issues, and once again, the service was excellent. I’ve used Erickson a handful of times since my previous review and they continue to impress. Brent was awesome, explained my issues to me, kept to the quote, and did a fabulous job.

Everything from start to finish was a fabulous experience. I was very stressed out when I called initially as my water heater rusted out on a Sunday morning and my basement was flooded. I called and was quoted the usual pricey emergency quote and I couldn't afford it, but they called me back soon thereafter and talked me out of my panic mode by helping me solve the immediate issue so I can wait until Monday for normal service. Just for this, I was so thankful.

The tech - Mike P - showed up on time, stuck to their quote, went above and beyond with their repair, and was polite the entire journey. Definitely will use their service again. The technician was really cool and friendly as well. Wonderful experience for sure - despite the fact it all stemmed from a crumby emergency situation. Everyone I worked with was fantastic.

Worked with SHAC to install a split system A/C for our primary bedroom. Everything was on time, well communicated, and the work was top notch. Very friendly team and time efficient. Also did a good job walking me through the new equipment and upkeep. Very fast scheduling also from the moment of the sales call to the final install (just a few weeks after).

Tyler did a great job troubleshooting my wet floor in utility room and living room carpet. Had a new water heater delivered to my house within an hour and Tyler installed. Very happy, thanks Tyler!

I tried to use this business today. Aside from sending a drain cleaning guy, their booking system seemed fine. No work was performed. I have a house built 1950 with a cast iron tub and cast iron pipes. What I wanted was a person to cut out old drum trap, clear out the drain, replace with PVC, and change the overflow and drain mechanism.Cory (our tech) was GREAT. Very professional. Called his dispatch to reset an appointment for another day. Didn't charge the $49 trip charge today either.I really have no business rating service that was not performed, but wanted Cory to get get CUDOS for his demeanor and professionalism.

Sent a request online around 9:00 pm for an AC tune up. Received an email back immediately from the local office asking what day/time would work best for me. They were able to schedule an appointment within two days for a non-urgent issue. The technician showed up on time and was very courteous. He was able to answer any questions I had and only performed work that was necessary. My older unit is now working great! I would recommend Pronto to anyone have HVAC issues.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
