This place is easy to work with and their prices were better than a lot of other companies. Very pleased with their work. They have installed a hot water heater, water softener, and inspected some gas lines for me.

We were referred to Alex by a trusted friend and contractor when we discovered water damage in our linen closet caused by a leak coming from our master bath toilet. Alex responded to us immediately and fit us into his schedule quickly. He arrived early, confirmed our issue (bad prior wax ring installation), and performed the repair quickly at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Alex and Peterson Plumbing!

Our 13 year old water heater went out. We called MN Plumbing and Heating the next morning and they were able to dispatch a plumber out that afternoon. They were able to replace our water heater that same day. I felt the price for the work once all said and done was a little high. Had it been something we could have gone without for a few days, we would have shopped around and perhaps would have saved some money. However, the work was quickly and the plumber was very professional. Besides the price, we are very satisfied with this company.

Called with a few questions about a toilet the kids flushed a toy down. Ended up not not using Jakes services for other reasons, but he spent a good 10 minutes talking through a number of options and recommendation. Can tell he is knowledgeable and and a five star operation. Would definitely recommend.

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Very fast response time and our tech was super friendly. It made the situation much less stressful knowing someone was there the same day and was able to easily fix the problem. Would recommend to anyone with plumbing problems!!!

I scheduled an appointment with Weld to unclog a blocked drain back in 2019. They failed to show up for the scheduled appointment, and then when they finally sent someone out several hours later the guy did not have the right equipment to actually unclog my drain. Fed up, I called another company who was out right away and fixed the problem in less than a half hour. Weld tried to bill me $150 despite their complete screw up, after which they apparently sent this bill to collections. Completely lost respect for this company after that display of incompetence and lack of integrity.

I had a block in my sewer line; I called Roto-Rooter and they were able to quickly get me on their schedule. The arrived on time (actually offered to come earlier than the window) and solved my problem. I've always been pleased with the professionalism of my service technicians.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
