Thanks neighbors for recommending Erik Nelson Plumbing. I am tickled at the 4 jobs they completed at my house in August 2019. Replaced my leaking bathtub drain, installed new bathroom and kitchen faucets, and removed the old garbage disposal. Done! They exceeded my expectations for a bit less than I expected to pay. The plumbers were courteous and explained everything well - and cleaned up nicely after themselves. And they back up their work! Well done.

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Called to have a basement floor drain unclogged. They were here and done within a few hours. Fully masked, professional and clean.

I’m conflicted about writing this review. I hate writing less than perfect reviews for small businesses.

We are new homeowners and we learned some tough lessons, like get your quotes in writing before they start the work.

We had a very basic job - run an existing gas line 4-5 feet and install a new gas range.

At the end of the day, the work is done, but at more than twice the price we were originally quoted.

We were surprised that permit fees weren’t mentioned in the quote. We were also surprised that the duration they quoted was double to finish the job. I asked if anything went wrong that increased the duration and they said “moving an anti tip bracket” to account for an extra 1 hour...

It was a tough $700+ lesson for an appliance install.... almost as much as the appliance itself... Next time I would do things differently and have the plumber do the gas line and have Home Depot do the install.

Maybe some of it was our fault for hiring an over qualified person to do an install, but that is what the office suggested we do when we called to schedule.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
