JC came out to look at our humidifier. He came out the day after we called. He did a wonderful job. He went above and beyond to make sure everything worked properly. He was extremely professional and helped us to understand everything he was doing. We couldn’t be happier.

Brian came out to our house to help with what I thought was a main line issue. Turns out it was not, thankfully. He fully explained each step of trouble shooting the issue and the reason he does it in that order.He was thorough, diligent and personable. Next time (hopefully far off in the future) we need someone to come out, we will definitely be asking for him.He was able to resolve the issue and I feel like I know a lot more about mainting our drains in our house.Thanks Brian and Discount Rooter. Turns out a laundry detergent cap went down the line and got jammed, Brian was able to knock it through eventually. He persisted theough the point where I would think others would have given up. I can honestly say that he cares about the customer and wants to make sure you only pay for what is ABSOLUTELY necessary.Thanks again!!!!

I called and left a voicemail on Sunday afternoon about a leak I noticed in my crawl space. I had the option to call the emergency line but did not need it. I got a call from a receptionist right after the company opened up Monday morning, scheduled the appointment and had a tech at my house by 10am. Jim diagnosed the issue very quickly and had the repair done and cleaned up within an hour. I definitely recommend!

The technician was not thorough in checking out possible clogs. Tools included a powered snake but no water jet equipment. Once the need to pump out the settlement tank was identified, he did nothing more to assist me until that job was completed.

I hired Do It Right to fix a Leakey shower. not only did they fix the issue, but pointed out potential future issues, that I can fix myself, to ensure that this does not happen again. a huge help! 5 stars all the way!
