It just so happened that my wife was expecting to deliver the very next day so I appreciate that he did not push to close a deal during a stressful situation. I wanted to continue the conversation, and by the time he was done explaining the maintenance plan and recommended repairs I was completely on board. Great service experience. I especially appreciated getting frequent text messages from HomeWorks. There was even a short bio and headshot of the technician which was a nice feature.
