I hired Service Star Plumbing to clear a floor drain in my utility room that was draining slowly. They didn’t provide a quote in advance, and charged a $49 travel fee to come out and provide a quote. The quote they provided was the highest of three service providers. Overall, the service was good, but I wouldn’t recommend this service provider for the value.

Brian was great! He helped clear a drain and let me ask a ton of questions, gave great feedback, and did an above an beyond job! He even cleaned up after himself before leaving and took his shoes off at the door, which I really appreciated. Thanks again, Brian!

I scheduled an appointment with Austin to come do some minor repairs on a water line that was leaking. on the day of our appointment I waited for 20 minutes before calling Austin where he informed me that he was not coming. This was very unprofessional and a waste of my time.

I called another place to come out and clean my clogged drain in the garage. We’ve had so much snow these past couple weeks and my garage floor was covered in melted snow. The other company never showed up. I called Twin Cities Rooter Tuesday at 4pm and they took care of my problem Wednesday morning at 9am. Dillon was professional and honest. I will make sure to call them next time. Thank you for taking care of my garage floor drain. Highly recommend the business and Dillon.

Harrision helped with the installation of a kitchenette in my basement and the outcome was amazing.
He did a plumbing rough in for drain, a gas line for a stove and finally installed kitchen sink and faucet. A true professional would highly recommend him.

My water heater leaked internally and needed replacing, and I was able to call their number, and speak directly to someone who was able to guide and help me on what I needed to do to mitigate the problem, and then they were able to install a new one very quickly! Very impressed with the level of knowledge and how personable the staff was. I felt confident with them on this job im my home,, which was a huge weight off my shoulders.

I was able to get a speedy replacement, and it was so smooth working with them. I will be calling them for future projects for sure, and highly recommend them!

We have been living with an issue and due to lack of access we were dreading calling another plumber (we actually had another Plummer come out prior to Kris and he was unable to resolve the issue). Called to make an appointmen but never got a call back and no appointment was set up. Reached out to again - gave them another chance. He seemed annoyed I was messageing him. He spat out a random time and then never showed up. I got no call or message letting us know he wasn't coming. It was clear he never wanted to.
