Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

I had Jeremiah come out and replace and install new AC mini split units. He was absolutely incredible! I cannot say enough about how great his work was and how great he was a communicating with me about the project. From the moment he started to the moment he finished he did a phenomenal job! We were without heat and Grant and Jason got to our home quickly: Standard was the second HVAC company I had called, and the other was going to take much longer. I remembered hearing commercials forStandard on the radio and gave them a call. It wasn't even necessary to be charged an after-hours fee as they were here that same day. Grant was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Our pilot light had gone out due to a pressure hose being loose and he and Jason relit it quickly and then Grant waived off the trip charge as it was a minor issue for these HVAC experts! Wow! That's service! They have earned my loyalty and I look forward to using them to clean my air ducts in the future. Thank you, Standard Heating.
