Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

Clyde was incredible! Very impressed with the service and quality! He fixed exactly what needed fixing and did not do more than was necessary!

Did a repair on a water valve. Also had him look to see if there was a water pipe where I wanted to hang my Dyson. He found there was no pipe where I wanted to install the vacuum and hung the bracket for my vacuum. Wonderful service!

Had a loose toilet and John did a great job showing me the parts and that they were in good shape as he opened things up. Did a great job, great attention to detail and everything works great. I also got to see the floor underneath and see that there was no water damage.

I was impressed with the professionalism and courteousness of Carlos, Jeff, Dylan and Brandon. The job in our house presented some specific challenges. They were able to do it perfectly and on time. I should also mention that Scott Nordstat went out of his way to accommodate our needs, even though those needs presented the challenges to the installation I already mentioned. Greg, the salesman, also provided valuable information and clarified our doubts regarding financing. The crew took care of following the Covid-19 protocols to the letter. The areas in which they performed the work were left perfectly clean. Outstanding job!Dylan came back today to re-route a drain line. I was very pleased with scheduling the work to meet our needs, and by the professionalism and friendliness of Dylan and Tanner.I should also mention that the performance of the system has exceeded our expectations. We are tremendously pleased with it.January 2022: we had Homeworks again come to our house, this time to check the boiler since we were not getting enough heat throughout the house. Again, we were very pleased with their work. Today we had Andrew come and install the new boiler. He was right on time at 7AM. He was quick, professional and friendly. He did a great job.March 2023: Chad came to check on the boiler. There was an issue with the control board. It was replaced at no cost to us. As usual, Chad and the other technicians have been very professional, polite and efficient. Moreover, they always arrive on time.

This company got some national attention this week when one of its employees, Andrew Goette's wife was due to give birth to their first son, Lenny. At 39 weeks pregnant, his wife Ashley found her husband gasping for air, as a result from undiagnosed heart arrhythmia and almost died. So, she called 911 and having not been trained on CPR, she had to administer it to him whilst pregnant until paramedics arrived. Paramedics rushed Mr Goette to the hospital where he was placed in a coma for several days, with his pregnant wife by his side. Doctors were concerned that Mr. Goette had suffered severe brain damage, but thankfully woke from his coma with no apparent brain damage. Mr. Goette then got be in his hospital bed side by side with his wife until she gave birth to their first son the next day. Several news media interviewed Mr. Goette whilst lying in his hospital bed and proudly wearing this company's shirt. Which is obviously clear that he enjoys working for this company. Anyone can google Andrew Goette and read this amazing story. I'm proud to support a company that helps its employees by offering them health insurance.

I had a plugged kitchen sink. They arrived on time and even before they did any work they told me the total cost would be $450. They removed the drain trap under the sink and then ran a snake through the pipe. It took a total of 10 minutes to do this. They unclogged the line but I thought $450 for 10 minutes of work was a bit ridiculous. I will never use them again or recommend them because of their inflated price. When I initially called and asked how much it would cost, I was told the trip charge was $59 and then there would be additional cost depending on what work needed to be done. It would have been nice to know upfront that for a simple drain clog the minimum price would be $450. I have never spent this much money before to unclog a drain. With previous people, I was billed after the work is complete because it depended how much time was spent on the project and what was involved.

On time, great job, great price.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Matt's plumbing. The plumber was 3 hours late. Upon arrival, he did not take his shoes off or ask if I minded. Next, he briefly viewed my shower where the leak was coming from. The plumber did not remove the face plate to look further. Further, he went over to my wall where a face plate is and cut it open. The plumber quickly determined that I need a full replacement to fix the leak and it would be $1,295. He asked me to give him $400 and then $895 when the repairs were complete. Alas, he said I would need to call a carpenter to repair my wall. I gave him the service fee of $65 and asked him to leave. After having a second plumber come out, they were able to look behind the face plate in my shower and repair the leak for SIGNIFICANTLY less money. I feel that Matt's plumbing did not even try to fix the issue before cutting into my wall. Also, the 2nd plumber who did the repair fixed my wall for me, which was very nice and not required on their behalf. Overall, I would never use their service again and feel I was being taken advantage of.

I've enjoyed fantastic service from Blaylock since I returned to the area in 2017. They are friendly, professional, affordable and flexible to perform all the plumbing jobs I've needed.

Pedro arrived on time and was very professional. He took his time to explain the job so I was comfortable with what needed to be done. I thought I could just repair my leaking bathroom faucet but after talking with Pedro I realized that my faucet needed to be updated and it would look so much better. Pedro also fixed my shower that wasn't working for weeks ! Thank you so much Pedro you were Very Professional and Nice and Trustworthy Plumber and I will definitely be calling you again! 😊

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
