Part 1: I give Robert J. an A+ for his professionalism and expertise. I appreciated his patience and diligence troubleshooting & diagnosing issues with my Water Heater. I am pleased with the outcome.Part 2: I had a routine A/C check-up, and I appreciated Jeff F. professionalism and knowledge. He kept me informed of the work and cleaning that was done. He provided some good details about furnace filters and left his business card to contact him with any questions or concerns.

They did plumbing,electrical work and installation of our central air through MAC. Not an easy job in our 83 year old home.
They were quick , very professional and as clean as could be. I was so anxious before starting for the mess but they were the best company we have ever worked with by far. Crossroad construction which is the contractor company also was great.
What a great choice MAC, bravo. I also should thank both Matt and Jason from Erickson’s who were the main guys working in our house. You both were fantastic and very professional. I absolutely recommend both Erickson and Crossroad.

I won a free AC Tuneup in my trivia league and we got excellent service from Home Works. Thomas Erronis did very thorough work and went above and beyond by inspecting our furnace system as well. This speaks volumes of his commitment, being that I had not paid for the tuneup itself. He is very knowledgeable about the kinds of mechanical systems we have in our new home, especially impressive considering our furnace is so old. He also explained our options and was professional and respectful of our needs as new homeowners. We would highly recommend Home Works for any furnace, AC, or plumbing checkups and repairs.

All the technicians that I dealt with were awesome! They did great work and were all very friendly people.However, the scheduling was a major headache and they sent people in for the same job that was already completed. I think the people doing the the scheduling could probably pay more attention to the notes or listen to the customers. I had to take more time off than necessary in order to get everything done, but at least it was done well and correctly. Overall I would recommend, but the scheduling was a little frustrating.

Eric was very professional and personable. He ensured that I understood all of the options available to me and was able to fix my issue instead of trying to make a new sale. Pricing was on the higher side.

Top notch service, not only were they able to service a house call in a timely manner the prices can't be beat!

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
