Planning on working with them again.Jordan was here and set up a replacement flange because the old one was in the way of a new floor being installed. New and informative.David M was great. Nice guy. Mr. Tom Bourbeau was in my house at Eagan to install my new water heater, water softener and water conditioning systems, Mr. Bourbeau was professional, knowledgeable and attentive to details, friendly and did a superb job on my project. His plumber works more like a piece of master art work then just plumbing work and I can’t help myself & keep go to my utilities room just to admire his work. Josh S. arrived to our home to make our kitchen sink drain again. I was so impressed with his work ethic and knowledge. He fixed the issue very quickly and even educated me with a few tips which was very appreciated! He was kind and pleasant. For those who might be concerned with Covid and in home services, Josh S wore shoe covers, wore a mask and offered to have me sign for the service via email. I felt safe with Josh in our home. My Father was a plumber and I could tell Josh did not cut corners and followed proper procedures as designed by the company. I know that my Dad would have been happy with the work that Josh S. did today. I would definitely recommend Dean's Home Services and Josh S. in particular! Thank you!

Jesse was out at my home that’s currently undergoing a basement remodel. Super nice guy and did exceptionally good work. Highly recommend. His plumbing is tidy and thoughtful. While he was out he found time to remove some unused saddle valves as well as install a filtered hot water line to our hot tub. Cool trick Jesse!

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
