I had a drainage problem on a Friday night. They responded quickly. They first sent out a diagnostic person who explained what was clogged and how. Once we decided it wasn't an emergency and I could use most of the water in my house I changed the appointment to the next mornign in stead of waiting up lateThe next day the technician came when scheduled and he spent a good amount of time making sure the drain was not clogged.

Kevin came out and cleared our super clogged garage pipes. Did a great job!

Floor Drain clogged. Scheduled and appointment online for the next day between 8 AM and 10 AM. Received email confirmation of appointment 15 minutes later.At 0730 AM on the day of the appointment received a phone call from RR, the service tech is on his way. Ten minutes later the service tech arrived (Art) and got to work. Thirty minutes later the clog was removed.Art answered all my questions and explained exactly what he was going to do to fix the problem. I was also experiencing a problem with my hot water heater; the pilot light would not remain lit and I was thinking of replacing the tank. Art suggested I replace the thermo coupler. I did so and the pilot light issue is resolved.Excellent service, on time, courteous and neat.
