I had a energy efficient water heater installed that was supposed to be a smaller 38 gallon tank that was going to heat the water faster, it needed a whole separate outlet in order to install so i payed extra 500 to install an outlet next to the water heater after a a year it went out. Then for the warranty they said they dont make them anymore and that they'll replace it with a conventional 80 gallon tank which was significantly cheaper than my original expensive tank. They didn't cover the difference.

They did a great job. Prices are kind of high. But overall good experience

I've used Pronto in the past, but will never again. I told them exactly what part is bad on my heating system and asked them to come with the part. They said they have to come do a diagnostic on it for $179. Then, because it is not a common on the truck item, they will have to order the part and come back to install it, charging me another service fee plus the cost of the part. I've done the diagnostic, I shouldn't be required to pay for a diagnostic that I have already done. I was willing to pay for the service call and replace the part, despite being able to replace it myself, but they won't sell parts to individuals either. If the part I identified doesn't work, then charge me for the part, plus a diagnostic, and a service call when the correct part comes in. In this case, it's a bearing that is humming and a child could identify the bad part.Their desire to get an additional $179 lost them all future business when I go to replace this system within the next few years. How many thousands are you losing out on to get $180 out of me?

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
