Terrible experience. Paid $3k to fix the mainline and they made it worse, far worse. The mainline had pitch back to the house once they were done, they hid the fact they they couldn't get it right and just buried the pipe and said all was well. 9 months later it was backing up again, took them forever to come out and check it out, then they wanted another $4-5K to fix it right. Even after agreeing to this, they never showed up. Communication wasn't terrible, it was non-existent. Wouldn't return calls or emails, just nothing. Stay away.

A Kens Sewer Service subcontractor unplugged my floor drain on New Years Day, for $125 with senior discount. The subcontractor was a great guy to do business with. I have done business with them in the past, and pleased with their service so far. The service you get depends on the person who actually does the job.

I called them with an emergency repair on Tuesday 12/22/20 my house was flooded due to sewer back up. My family and I couldn't stay in the house because of the toxic smell and they came to the rescue the very next day and had us back in our house the very next day before Christmas.

I just hired one guy. He was so really super bad he did not do anything even though he did not know what the problem was. I called him to fix my water leaking in the sink but he said he must “do everything properly” he did not do anything just tell us to do it or go to the store to buy stuff to replace the new one. What ??I called him to fix it and he told us to do it after fews checks. He charged us 79$ for what I don’t know. He did not even say the solution for the problem was just charged money and go, so bad services.

He arrived on time and was as friendly and professional as the last time he worked in my house, when he replaced the hot water heater. He identified several options for fixing the problem. He told me the cost for each and explained the pros and cons of each approach. That allowed me to choose the best option for my budget. I also appreciated how careful Cyrus was working in my house. He's done several jobs for me and the quality of his work is consistently excellent. That's why he's always my first choice when I need a plumber.

I’m very satisfied overall with Mr. Rooter! We had a trench-less sewer liner installed this week. Sam was approachable and made the process easy. On the main day of work, Josh and Royce went above and beyond. They worked over 12 hours until our liner was fully installed and everything was back in service. Then, they came back the next day to finish the job. Well done, Mr. Rooter.

I had them out to fix a small leak. Took way long time. Within 2 nights part of my plaster ceiling fell on my bedroom floor while I was sleeping. Scared me half to death. Called them immediately next morning. Said they would come later that day. Did not discontinued answering their phone and I had to hire someone else to fix what they ruined. Wrote them a letter asking for a refund twice. I got no response. Do not hire these two.
